Health Care Assistant
Gina provides phlebotomy services for the practice. Ginal also carries out some health exams including blood pressures and flu vaccines. Please phone 01506 655155 for an appointment for a blood test, if this has been requested by a doctor or a nurse or if you have received a letter for a review.

Heather and Linda provide secretarial assistance to the general practitioners and staff of the practice. They also ensure that most of the clinical data is coded to the practice computer system and help with recall of patients for practice nurse clinics.

Our reception team provide a professional reception service to the practice and its patients and are dedicated and experienced medical receptionists. They are the first point of contact between the patient and the practice and part of their role is to ask you some questions to ensure your call is directed to the right person, for the right care, at the right time to meet your health care needs. They can provide information on services and signpost to these.
All staff are fully trained and are governed by strict confidentiality and data protection policies to ensure patient security, respect and dignity at all times.
As well as answering the telephone phone and booking appointments, they have a wide range of admin tasks to perform which are essential to the efficient running of Reception. Please be patient with our staff who are often working under considerable pressure.
