The GMC have produced a booklet – What to expect from your doctor – A Guide for Patients.
Our reception staff are happy to help you register with the Practice, however, you have to be staying permanently in the Practice area (Bathgate and Torphichen).
Please see below for the forms that need to be completed and returned to the practice before registration can take place.

Once these forms have been returned to us, the reception staff will make an appointment in the first instance with the health care assistant for a new patient medical.
