Blood Pressure Reviews

We would encourage you to purchase a BP monitor (one that goes on your arm and not your wrist).  These are not expensive and it enables you to keep an eye on your blood pressure. How to use your blood pressure monitor is available below.

You can take your readings and add them to the form below and send in to the practice by email –

[email protected] or post this to us so that the nurses can review the readings and add to your record. Once this has been received, the practice nurse will contact you to discuss the results.  The British Heart Foundation is a useful website for information – https://www.bhf.org.uk/.

If you have not had your blood pressure taken in the practice within the last year, we would encourage you to measure this at home and submit a reading via the email address above as soon as possible so we can keep your records up to date.
