Occasionally the practice will close at 1pm for staff training. Notices will be placed in practice waiting area one week previously notifying patients when this takes place.
GP Surgery Hours
The GPs offer a range of morning appointments starting from 9.00 am through until 12.30 pm. Afternoon appointments are normally available from 2.00 pm through until 5.30 pm.
All consultations are by appointment only and we will try our best to allocate you an appointment with the doctor or nurse of your choice. If however that doctor or nurse is unavailable then you will be offered an appointment with another member of the practice, however, you have the right to see a GP of your preference. Each consultation lasts approximately 10 minutes and doctors always try to keep to time. However, if a patient has a difficult problem or requires hospital admission during surgery, delays can result. We appreciate your patience if you experience a delay.
If your appointment with the doctor or nurse becomes unnecessary, or if you cannot keep your appointment, please phone the receptionist to cancel.
Practice Nurse Surgeries
The Practice Nurses offer a range of morning appointments starting from either 8.30 – 9.15 am through until 12.30 pm and afternoon appointments from 1 pm through until 5.30 pm most days. Please check with reception staff for any changes in appointment times.
